Another common theme I work with a lot of people is that sense of self and self-esteem. This comes with all of us no matter where we go, and usually stems from our upbringing and what we've experienced throughout our life - both good and bad - which shapes who we are.

This leads to belief systems about ourselves and that inner critic - the narrative of how we talk about ourselves. My work with individuals focuses on exploring what story we're telling ourselves and creating that new authentic voice and sense of self moving forward.
